How should I care for my shirt?

Please follow the washing instructions on the tag of your shirt and wash inside out to preserve the design. If washing instructions are followed correctly, you shouldn’t experience any shrinkage or peeling design. I recommend that you air dry/line dry your shirt instead of putting it in the dryer.

What's the quality of the shirts?

We only use high quality shirts that are made to last. We pick our shirts from the top manufactures in the industry who have a proven track record of customer satisfaction.

How do I download a print?

There are two ways. 1) You will receive an order confirmation in your e-mail after your purchase is complete. It will contain a link to download the print. 2) Once your purchase is complete, go to My Account (you can find it under “store” in the menu) and there will be a link under available downloads for you to download your print. Each print is allowed to be downloaded 3 times in case you happen to misplace it. Please do not share your downloads with others.

Is my personal information secure?

Absolutely! No one at Made Wonderful will ever see your credit card or bank information. All processing is done completely through PayPal, so we never handle your personal information. We only have access to your email address and shipping address, both of which we will never sell.

How long until out of stock sizes/shirts are back in stock?

If there is a shirt you want to purchase but it’s not available in your size, please e-mail us and let us know! Out of stock sizes will only be fulfilled if there is a demand.

What's the return/exchange policy?

Return
The item must be unused and in original condition. The return must be postmarked within 21 days of your purchase. Please include a note stating the reason the item is being returned. Once we receive the item, we’ll evaluate the merchandise to make sure it hasn’t been worn, used, or altered. If none of those are true, it will be accepted for return and the refund will go back on your original payment method. The amount paid for shipping will not be refunded, only the amount of the item itself plus sales tax.

Exchange
Because we are a small business, we cannot guarantee that the size you want in exchange is available. BEFORE sending your item back, you must contact us to confirm that the size you want is in stock. We will then reserve it for you. If you’ve already contacted us to inquire about a size, the following information will give you the next steps to take.

The item must be unused and in original condition. Your item must be postmarked within 21 days of your purchase. Please include a note stating your order number (it can be found in your account or on the confirmation email you received after purchase) and which size you would like in exchange. Once we receive it, we’ll process the exchange and send you a new invoice for shipping charges for the exchange. Please do not send money with your exchange, as we are unable to process your payment that way. The new invoice will go to the e-mail you provided at checkout for the original purchase. Once the payment is received for return shipping, we’ll get the new item sent to you. 

How long will it take to get my order?

All orders are sent out within 2–4 days of the date on your invoice. After that, the shipping time will vary depending on where you are located. Most packages should arrive within 2–5 business days.
